Has anyone else tried out the 3D paper terrain models from swminiatures.com (http://www.swminiatures.com)? I gave the carbon freezing chamber one a try, but I don't think I had thick enough card stock. Also, I probably wasn't precise enough cutting out the shapes, etc. What I ended up with was pretty cool, but, well, very lopsided. I think it's a great idea, but I need some practice. :)

For that matter, does anyone use the dwarven forge (http://www.dwarvenforge.com) terrain? It seems _very_ expensive, but the sets look pretty sweet.

We used the Dwarven Forge stuff the last time we played. Its cool but its not star wars enough for me. Its also a little tight fit to get normal size mini's side by side.

and yes it is expensive.

I have all of the 3D SW mini paper terrain still on my HD I just have not gone to print them yet. I plan on using some foam core for stuff like the Carbon Freeze Chamber raised section.
