View Full Version : OOC: "Pass the Beans!" Chow Hall

18 November 2004, 11:45 AM
Blah blah blah, blah blah blah blah blah...

Oops, sorry. Hey guys, this is our new, ah, apartment, I guess. This is for all OOC chat (obviously) and ONLY FOR OUR PLAYERS, or new recruits I suppose. Any questions should be directed here. This is also where I'll whack someone for metagaming. :D

Some Post Rules:
1 - ALL OOC stuff in here. Unless you make a mistake (such as a double post) in the IC thread, don't make you're entire IC thread in [OOC: Blah] format. That's just nuts.
2 - Quote as much as you want. I don't care.
3 - And please keep on track. This is really an element of RL that has unfortunately spilled over onto here, but I've worked with enough numbskulls that never stay on track that it take months to get even the most simple task done, and I'm fed up. So let's stay on task, okay? ;)

So let's start posting. Once I see all "Thumbs Up" signs, I'll post an intro scene in a new IC thread.

Oh, and BTW, the adventure starts on Tatooine, for lack of a better staging area.

18 November 2004, 01:09 PM
red5_5, standing by! :skypilot:

I'm ready to go!

18 November 2004, 01:46 PM
Everything is ok for me.

I don`t know if you have a template for posting message in the IC: thread. Some think like that:

Luke jumps on the platform. "Man itís really dark here"
Ok, I think I will open the light. Suddenly lights open.

Narration: in normal style
Talking: Bold
Thinking: italic

Thatís just a suggestion. But that could help to fallow the story

Here my Character Background:

Coran Horrus

His a very good Tech Specialists, he can do anything. He work for 5 years now in the same job, programming droids and data banks for fret transporter , but he study starships in trainings school . He wants more challenge in is life. He is not like all Tech Specialists, working in research in labs. He wants more. For hobby, he continue to increase is knowledge in starship technologies.

18 November 2004, 03:52 PM
Hi, all I'm ready and only person that is readier than me is this guy:

Bardo Melvar

He is real pilot, flying is in his veins..well not only flying around in starships, but flying around womens even more. He is kid from starship docks where he learned all about flying and on such place you have to learn to defend yourself...He's not a tough guy, more like a troublemaker. He is almost broke, few days ago he come to tatooine and now he is out of his ideas how to get some money and get the hell out of this dusty place. Robery is last of ideas that crosed his mind...but fear is holding him still at peace....for now. :raised: You looking at me?

19 November 2004, 01:40 PM
Okay, guys, looks good! I'm going to post an intro scene sometime over the weekend, hopefully, or maybe even tonight! I just have to work out the last few bugs, run it by my bleary eyes a few times, then check out <font color="red">red5_5</font>'s character.

Hope to see you there! SJ.

PS: What about a name? Just "Pass the Beans?" Or "IC: PtB"? Or.... :)

19 November 2004, 02:01 PM
"IC: PtB" it`s a good name. If you want to add episode, you can do

"IC: PtB - Episode II" or something like that.

19 November 2004, 03:26 PM
<i>This is dravas76's madness, can't you tell?:</i>
If you want to add episode, you can do
"IC: PtB - Episode II" or something like that.

Hmmm, Episode II...maybe, though I think "PtB" with a :D will suffice.

Okay, we also have a prospective new player: <b>Night who says ni</b>! When he posts, please welcome him into the game. Now we have (?) 4 players, I think we can start! SmugglerJedi.

<i>Oh this is so exciting!</i>

19 November 2004, 05:21 PM
On SWAG, really? I thought you drew that picture yourself, <b>red</b>. :D

19 November 2004, 07:24 PM
I just find A error in my character, The weight, it`s not 200 kg, but 200 pound. 90 kg. sorry for the error.

20 November 2004, 09:47 AM
dravas76 you have constantly weight problems, what's up mate?:?

20 November 2004, 11:37 AM
I know, that what my doctor told me :D

Night who says ni
21 November 2004, 02:47 PM
I am currently trying to find a drawing that I can use to reperesent my character, so it may take a while for one from me.:( Other than that im ready.

22 November 2004, 07:21 AM
Btw, dravas I dont thing that you could overhear our conversation, but from now on Bardo will doubt you constantly.

I like story development so far:D

22 November 2004, 07:26 AM
Sorry, I just assume you just seat be side me. I will give you the answer soon.

Sorry that just my first game.

I also like the story so far.

22 November 2004, 09:09 AM
Well no problem ,just keep in mind such details and read carefully. But like SmugglerJedi said this is not a typical heroic SW RP so let's go on with it.

Night who says ni
22 November 2004, 12:08 PM
Sorry wrong thread

22 November 2004, 12:17 PM
Finally ready for the record,I have a Bothan :bothan: Noble called Tresk Nay'lar 5'9" 120 lb. He comes from a proud line of Bothan noble clans and is a shining example of this! He finds friends come easily because of his generous nature. Dark brown fur with a cream patch over his left eye, you always see Tresk in the best garments.

22 November 2004, 03:38 PM
For you Defiant, I don`t know how SmugglerJedi could introduce you to the game. But for now, I think we maybe have to help Night who says ni to continue with us. And also with Defiant now. Maybe we could go back in the bar. I don`t know.

22 November 2004, 04:28 PM
And say hello to <b>Night</b>, too.

Jeez, I have to post more often. Can't let you guys go too far...otherwise you'll ALL be GMs.

A little annoyed SmugglerJedi.

22 November 2004, 06:11 PM
Sorry Night and SmugglerJedi, That probaly my fault, I my action on Vjerzag character was to fast. I jump some steps.

So far, I really like the game, very good character, and specially the last turn around SmugglerJedi. Very Good.

22 November 2004, 06:14 PM
Sorry Night and SmugglerJedi, That probably my fault, my action on Vjerzag character was to fast. I jump some steps. And Welcome to DEFIANT

So far, I really like the game, very good character, and specially the last post of SmugglerJedi. Very Good.

22 November 2004, 11:11 PM
Wellcome DEFIANT!:D

Little unexpected twist from Smugler Jedi. I was thinking that we are set in between Episode 1 and 2??? But I gues I was wrong:?

23 November 2004, 11:22 AM
Nope. This is the Civil War era.

We have a potential <i>sixth</i> player joining, who just posted on the Trader InfoNet thread. <b>Sensei Maiku</b> looks interested in joining. I want you to all say hi to him/her and be nice.

I'm going to introduce <b>Sensei + DEFIANT</b> very shortly in the scene. Tomorrow morning I'll post a reply and get you two in there, OK? Well, maybe just <b>DEFIANT</b>, if <b>Sensei</b> hasn't replied to my PM yet.

Here is the roster:

GM: <b>SmugglerJedi</b> :hansolo: <i>That's right, the handsome one.</i>

<b>red5_5</b> -- Tara Navin
<b>Vjerzag</b> -- Bardo Melvar
<b>Dravas</b> -- Coran Horrus
<b>Night</b> -- Um, the cat guy. Whatishisname? Duarrac?
<b>DEFIANT</b> -- Tresk
<b>Sensei</b> -- Not just yet! ;)

Well, that's that! <b>red</b>, post, and I'll see about tomorrow on advancing the plot. Just some pointers - no metagaming (kinda what <b>Dravas</b> did, but I'll let it slide this time B) ) and don't go <i>too</i> far. I'm lazy. Deal with it. And I'm busy. Bad combination, I guess.

Cheers! SmugglerJedi. :hansolo:

23 November 2004, 11:24 AM
If you any of you guys sent me a PM, resend it. In a huge epic of stupidity, I cleared up my Inbox. Darnit! :(

Sensei Maiku
23 November 2004, 11:30 AM
Hey smugglerjedi, Just saw your message on my previous thread I should have those stats sent into you by tonight or tommorow. Just have to touch them up a little. Also, would you like a background story so you can better bring him into your story?

23 November 2004, 11:42 AM
Later on, yes. Right at the moment, only if it isn't stressful. I just need to know what you look like so I can introduce you. And remember, your history can be as long or short as you want.

Gotta go! SJ.

Sensei Maiku
23 November 2004, 12:06 PM
Kamo'tak is his name, he is about 5'10" and around 175 pounds, being a fringer his garb tends to be a little pieced together. Tan baggy fitting pants fit over a pair of dusty and worn shin high boots. Tak (his nick name) shifts his shoulders a bit as his athletic frame moves in the tight white long sleeved crew neck shirt. He pulls a coin out of the front pocket of his leather vest, light white with white fur on the inside. A small pair of goggles rest on top of his head, mainly for his the dusty homeworld sun. Balancing the coin in the air with his "trick" as he calls it he smiles a little and flips it back into the pocket. His nice features, rare for a male twi'lek, are slightly marred from a scar across the right side of his face that goes down his cheek. Deep blue eyes compliment his light blue skin and seem to show compassion to those he walks by. "the core worlds" He thinks to himself as he loads up onto the transport and heads off on his new journey.

Tak is an easy going fringer who happens to have a "special gift" as his mother used to say. He always tends to have a backpack on since he travels quite frequently. Hope to play with you all very soon. Thanks!

23 November 2004, 02:38 PM
Welcome Sensei Maiku. And I have my lesson, no more metagaming.

23 November 2004, 03:56 PM
Sorry! one question.
Do you want to fallow that order to post message. after you put your reply.

red5_5 -- Tara Navin
Vjerzag -- Bardo Melvar
Dravas -- Coran Horrus
Night -- Duarrac
DEFIANT -- Tresk
Sensei -- Kamo'tak

23 November 2004, 04:14 PM
Hi, Kamo'tak wellcome into game.

I'm also new and I dont know this what metagaming mean, could someone explain me?

Sensei Maiku
23 November 2004, 04:21 PM
dravas, just a description...wasn't actually gaming...

Night who says ni
23 November 2004, 04:26 PM
Welcome to pass the beans sensei

Sensei Maiku
23 November 2004, 04:27 PM
metagaming is when you use outside influences to push the plot or pace of a roleplaying game. Like i guess my description, I described my character leaving for the core worlds, therefore influencing the GM as to how my character would appear in the game. However I was strictly thinking of setting a mind set for my character this could have been a few years ago and the GM can introduce my character any way they want...hope that is cleared up, no hard feelings love ya all!

Sensei Maiku
23 November 2004, 04:27 PM
Thanks night, love that movie by the way, "Ni"!

23 November 2004, 04:56 PM
Good good, all is going well!

Posting now! Introducing 2 new characters! Wonder how this will go...

Oh, and <b>Sensei</b>, as for your "backstory", well, I'll send along another PM. Just short. I also have a question for you too.

Happy Gaming! SmugglerJedi.

23 November 2004, 05:10 PM
OOP sorry I this everyone post in the same time.

OK I found that on the web:

Naturally, as a reader you will know many things that your character couldnít possibly know. Keep the two separate and avoid employing exception means to have your character learn something they shouldnít or to empower your character in some way detrimental to the group. It is unfair to give youíre your character the advantage of insights they might not otherwise have. Doing so is called metagaming and is one of the worst things to do in RPGs. The only person that has fun when one player is metagaming is the player who is metagaming

23 November 2004, 05:30 PM
I know Sensei Maiku. I have the choice of wait for the answer, and be move to a other location, and after that, explain my feeling I have in front of the video image. Or I do it now. For me, that helps the other to know my location, and also that remove unwanted location from other player.

I think that game will be very interesting.

23 November 2004, 05:31 PM
Okay, <b>DEFIANT + Sensei + Night</b>, I need stats pronto! In the next two days, at the most!

Oh, and <b>DEFIANT</b>, don't worry about the data on the datapad. I'll get it to you, uh, somehow. :D

Hang in there everyone! Start talking! (And sorry, <b>red</b>, but I was trying to introduce two new players. Sorry. :( )

You know who the heck I am!

Sensei Maiku
24 November 2004, 09:24 AM
are we going to follow a posting order??? It will probably help things go smoother..:twilek:

24 November 2004, 01:15 PM
SmugglerJedi I just sent you the stats for my character I hope that is enough.

24 November 2004, 01:49 PM

<b>Night</b>, about the "Affect Mind", since the Sullustan isn't actually there (it's just a hologram) I'm going to say you can't use Affect Mind.

Unless someone can prove me wrong...

Night who says ni
25 November 2004, 05:15 AM
Well your the GM... but the rules say nothing against it but it's your call

Sensei Maiku
25 November 2004, 08:22 AM
You do see vader do a force choke to one of the admirals just by looking at them on a screen, but I believe the difficulty would be extreme, you would have to find him in the force and then do the mind trick. 2 force abilities basically...I don't know if your character is as powerful as vader..but with a high enough roll it might be possible. But then the opponent gets a will check, if he is anything like jaba, good luck.

25 November 2004, 04:20 PM
Hmm, now I remember that...

Okay, thanks! I'll resolve that right now!

26 November 2004, 03:13 AM
Aint that cute....../yell but it's WRONG, what about my charisma persuade check? Where did that go? And dont forget my stance!B)

26 November 2004, 05:03 AM
Well, um, sorry, <b>Vjerzag</b>, I had forgotten about that. Now, is it acceptable to all that I go back and edit my post so I can fix some irregularities, or do you want to continue?

Oh, well, I might just edit it anyways. Again, sorry <b>Vjerzag</b>, I hadn't noticed it until after I posted. Thanks for telling me right away! Even a first-time GM makes mistakes! ;)

The humble Thanksgiving moron.

26 November 2004, 07:05 AM
Ok, thank you. ;)

26 November 2004, 12:15 PM
<i>Posted by Night in the IC Thread:</i>
(0.C.C. Can that be a darkside point?)

Perhaps not yet, <b>Night</b>. And thanks for the memory! New adventure ideas... :D

26 November 2004, 05:18 PM
Question SmugglerJedi. Do I have to do some sort of dice roll check for the finding I do around the ship. I find info in the Revised Core Rulebook Page 215, about ship damage. Do we have to refer to that section to repair the ship?

27 November 2004, 04:41 PM
Just to muddy the water guys...I think Affect mind has a range of 10m.
Well i say think...I checked it :)

27 November 2004, 05:11 PM
Not to fast guys, We have to wait for SmugglerJedi. And If you want some answer for me you have to give me the time.

27 November 2004, 05:45 PM
Well, <b>dravas</b>, right now I'm going to say the craft is surprisingly in well condition, though later on it may develop a "flaw" from all your high-speed "shenanigans".

And thanks, <b>DEFIANT</b>, for your support on the "Affect Hologram" issue. ;)

28 November 2004, 06:11 AM
Now I hope DEFIANT will give me the datapad. But we need the info SmugglerJedi will give us.

30 November 2004, 11:38 AM
Um, must think, must think! Man, do you guys go fast! Most refreshing from the dreary days of my life, but it is tough to keep up with you!

Writes on a note: Remember not to wing it anymore after this. ;)

Okay, where to go now? Probably more guards than those 4 or 5, must rig up suitable ending; oh crud!

Gimme a couple of days to think up what to do next, or you guys can just keep talking for a little bit more then go sleep or buy gear.

Must think! SJ.

Night who says ni
30 November 2004, 04:02 PM
Sorry if my character is a litttle harsh but remember it's role playing and I'm the dark side;) And lets talk about the dark side SJ I need dark side pointss is there any way I could have my player start out as one or do I need to earn them (which I am to impaitent and lazy to do normally).

Thanks and Ni!

30 November 2004, 10:05 PM
No problem it's a game :D

1 December 2004, 03:07 PM
<b>Vjerzag</b>, you are totally right.

And <b>Night</b>, just dragging someone's blaster out of their hand won't earn you a DSP. Not this time, and probably not for awhile. And your last post simply emphasises your character's personality.

Which raises the question for <i>everybody</i>: You want a "heroic" style game, or a "gritty", realistic game? (Former: Less strict with DSPs, latter, much more strict.) Your choice.

Oh, and <b>dravas</b>, nice work with the status update. Thanks!

<i>Okay, wing it one more time...still don't know where the bathroom or the bar is...:D </i>

1 December 2004, 03:38 PM
SmugglerJedi you promised us that this adventure will be realistic and NOT HEROIC I'm sick and tired of heroic campaigns, this is real scum gang, but you are GM and it is your call, but remember what have you told us. ;)

This is just begining, soon you will see other side of this inner conflict in Bardo when his manic-depresive-psychotic side of personality start to show up. So carefull with this force stuff, it could be soon over...:D

1 December 2004, 03:51 PM
Thanks SJ, I was not sure of the format I can have for that status.

For the game. The style I donít know, one or other, itís my first game.
But we have to be careful and talk to all the character and also wait for the answer of the character.

So far its very interesting, nice job.

My character need show more his personality. So far itís hard. But I am sure he will have his moment of glory.

1 December 2004, 04:23 PM
Don't worry I have played maybe 3 or 4 games this way before and Bardo is my first character that I can say I really enyoj playing it, setting is COOL, people are ready for fun and we have good GM, just relax and be there.

Night who says ni
1 December 2004, 05:00 PM
I would be happy with a non heroic campain. but just so I can I would like dark side points to be easy to get or for us to at least be able to get them to so the darkside will be strong with me.

1 December 2004, 11:57 PM
Explore darknes, this is not enough for DSP, but if you start privatly talking with Bardo he may tell you few ways to get some

2 December 2004, 11:12 AM
I cant believe you guys are worrying about getting DSP...its easy guys
"just" Use a Dark Side Power,to commit an evil act while angry, fearful etc :)
Voila...3 DSPs off the bat.
Although I think you maybe are looking to get something maybe a little more subtle Night....like building a shrubbery...with a little path down the middle :D

2 December 2004, 11:15 AM
Oh....Smuggler,I really fancy the gritty game...more morale ambuguity really, and I got your message, will forward to you asap....if we ever get this crate off the ground that is. :)

Night who says ni

Okay, guys, tell me now: You want me to let you talk more on the ground, or just gather you all up and spit you through space?
I'd like to get into space, but your call everyone

4 December 2004, 03:47 AM
Well it's up to you, but moving is good.

4 December 2004, 05:22 AM
Maybe a small series of post at the dock, to setup everyone job for the trip. And after that it`s a go.

4 December 2004, 08:25 AM
Vjerzag says we have to take gear before the trip. Do we have to take more gear with the credit we receive and add that to are Character Sheet? 1000 credits.

5 December 2004, 12:18 PM
Didn't I say there was a few lockers of supplies onboard? Frankly, I'm just winging this adventure, nothing will really become, er, "concrete" until Adventure Two or Three. So things will change, things that normally wouldn't change at all. (Location of the bathroom, engine output, which button activates self-destruct, etc.)

Personally, I would be comfortable if you guys launched right now. Nice time to interject a cutscene during hyperspace, then drop you guys into that system and show you what it looks like. And myself too. ;)

Your decision, though. Oh, and I'll get a pic of our beloved <i>Zagreb</i> up ASAP. I'm just busy right now working on my other website, called Raver Headquarters (http://raverhq.topcities.com) and the MSN group that go alongs with it.

Cheerios! SJ.

I still show up as DEFIANT is logged onto the forums why why why?
Good to be back though :bothan:

OOC: Bardo look at new guy confused, who are you and what are you dooing on this ship. Again one of freeloaders Bardo pull his blaster fast as lighting and stick it in poor man guts, now will you talk, speak, who are you and for who do you work, and dont try to sell us old story that we mistaken you for someone else evil smile starting to form on Bardos face.

Just curious.

Okay, then, give me a day or two to post (have to think of something with the little spare time I have) and use it to rest. Meanwhile, I'll throw the story along, and maybe, DEFIANT, you should send a PM to <b>Moridin</b> or one of those guys.

Sensei Maiku
8 December 2004, 03:37 PM
so smuggler, our you a huge stargate fan? Well..you can admit it because I am too. Infact I am just now finishing up the 3rd disc on season 7. I had to miss most of it due to being to busy, but so far it is awesome. Can you imagine a "super soldie" you know, anubis's black clad soldier taking on a dark trooper..would be interesting hehe

8 December 2004, 04:08 PM
Talking about Stargate, I try to join a game on the offical forum, It's like no body want newbie. The star wars form its more open for any player.

Talking of are game. very quiet.

8 December 2004, 04:18 PM
Yeah, and I miss Tara, nobody to speak with, you guys start making some fun out of this or we will be bored, if someone have some idea start talking abord starship while we are in hyperspace.

I fanaly have a picture of my character!

13 December 2004, 03:23 AM
A note to all you guys: I've been really busy lately, if you're curious why I didn't post.

Also, you don't have to post everyday. Check back one or two days. You may only have to post once in three days for this to be a great RPG campaign.

Just so you know! SJ.

16 December 2004, 04:55 PM
Althought sometimes, some campaigns do get 1-5 posts in a single day. Its just "don't go so fast that the lazy GM has to get off his butt more than once every two minutes."

I'll also be going away for the weekend, without access to a computer. Sorry, but I must. Keep posting about your discussion, but don't actually try to dock; I'll get to that when I come back.

And secondly, I'll see about posting a really crappy exterior image of the <i>Zagreb</i>. I made it with CC2-Pro, mapping software, and since I'm no expert, it didn't come out very good. Its only a sort of "rough sketch", though, so don't worry.

Still sucks though. :(

Later. SJ.

Royalist Soldier
18 December 2004, 11:03 AM
Sorry I have not been posting guys...had a horrible infection(which i wont go into) but against medical sciences best attempts to kill me I suryiyed!!! YAY!!!

Smuggler....I took the name Royalist Soldier because of one of my other hobbies. The Civil War...the English that is.. I am in a society over here called the SEaled Knot who recreate battles from the ECW. The side my regiment portray were Irish Mercenaries on the side of Charles I.
Hence Royalist Soldier.
Its actually really good fun (I know it SOUNDS boring as hell)
but every so often you meet in a field with other lunatics, dress in scratchy wool...and then get into the middle of a group of 40-50 guys and gurls as they smash you into the ground with 16ft Pikes...(long spears). The best bit is the drinking...start when you arive Friday night, and finish when you leave sunday morning All good clean 17century fun!.

18 December 2004, 11:13 AM
Okay, cool.

Say, that sounds like a cool adventure idea! We run straight into a bunch of guys reenacting the Great Sith War (or the Clone Wars) and then we get all drunk. YAY!

Okay, okay, I know I said "once in three days", but I'm actually here instead of gone (strange circumstances). So, you can post a bit more rapidly than before. Well, I mean, the last couple of sloooowwwww days. ;)

Anything you guys want? I mean, game-wise. Want me to speed it up? Try to make it more funny? Make an explosion? SJ.

Here is my pic of the <i>Zagreb</i>. I know, it looks horrible, and a bit confusing, but those squares on the lower sides are actually airlocks: the first is the personnel airlock, the second is a large cargo airlock that can probably fit a landspeeder or two.

I like it Smuggler....although the engine is a wee bit Star Trek...so what Warp factor can we get out it?

Seriously though stats would be good too...and DIBS on the biggest room!

Yeah, and don't drink the water either... :D

Got my post up. Sorry for the delay. I've been ill. Too much egg nog, I guess. I've also incorporated little belated holiday spirit into our game. Sort of.

If you guys need for me to speed up or do something else to make this more enjoyable, please, ask.

And as for the warp factor, the <i>Zagreb</i> can go all the way to <font size="+2">LUDICROUS SPEED!</font> Does that solve your question?

Well from sunny Mexico I am back, was quite nice and even have a new story to tell. I got stung by a small manta ray...thing is even the small ones really really hurt. But a benadryl and darvaset later I was fine and dandy, but just as a warning do not go into the ocean at puerto penasco. Lots of manta rays..not fun. Both myself and my brother got hit and it is like a bee sting only 200 times worse. Especially on your foot! But other than that, It was awesome lots of sun and fun with my wife and family. Hope you guys have a great new years, and I look forward to playing again

Um, guys? Anyone gonna post, or are we going to consider this campaign dead? I mean, come on, I know a few of you want to play that QTU campaign that might start up, but this really is very close to what that smuggler campaign is supposed to be.

So, please post. Let's not let this die. It must continue, well, its only a mini-campaign. Just a few adventures.

I think most people have just been really busy for the holidays, I personally haven't posted because my character's skills havent been used yet and otherwise he is a quiet character.

Hi SmugglerJedi. Donít worry the adventure is not finish yet. I was busy during the holidays. I prepared something for the dock scenery description. I hope Vjerzag will return from is trip, and we donít have news from red5_5, it was quiet for a will.

Hi, guys I have acces to internet, so in next few days I'll start posting

7 January 2005, 06:11 PM
[Wipes brow]. Phew.

Okay, that's good everyone. Just making sure you're still interested. And if you want this to continue, you might want to start posting so I don't go much further into the realm of <b>Red Vs. Blue</b>! Man, I've been watching those videos, and darnit, they are excellent. But if I keep watching them, I might go 100% Halo 2 and completely forget about this campaign....already have my own set of fan fiction in the works....;)

15 January 2005, 02:24 PM
Sorry I haven't posted lately. I've been working on some <i>Halo</i> fanfiction and managing my own website. Go to RaverHQ (http://raverhq.topcities.com/Joe/index.html) to see what I'm talking about, and feel free to browse the rest of the site.

Okay, time for me to: POST!

Okay, just so you guys know, those crates in the docking bay aren't what you're looking for.

<i>"These aren't the crates you're looking for."</i>

Also, these lovely guards want to take you through a turbolift down to some cargo bay to pick up some cargo of droids. Just in case someone missed that part.

(I'm still thinking of what to do now; gimme a few hours. Oh yeah, and I've been sick. Cheers!)

Is it true I thought that either a) you were sacked or b) you were dead.

Hey, I just checked your posts. You don't all have to follow - and everyone read his name so you don't get it wrong - <b>Bardo</b>, in fact, weren't a few going into the office?

Just saying. Oh, and nice to see you too, Red.

[P.S. : Now where is that map of mine? I'll post it soon.]

I apologize if I offended anyone with that stuff about RAP = CRAP.

Anyways, don't get too, ah, <i>intimate</i> with this game. I don't want it R rated. Doesn't mean you can't show some love - but too much, ah, this was supposed to be a comedy, eh?

You know, <big>COMEDY</big>?

14 February 2005, 02:23 PM
I like it, just post more often. I really like this type of events in stor it make's it more real. I like this game very much:D

Thanks for the feedback! Working on more stuff to throw at you! Drunken Jawas, Hutt karoke singers, Geonosian RPG players, etc. ;)

<big><b>ROLL CALL!</b></big>

Everyone, check in, how ya` doing...

Do you guys want me to kill this now or do you just want to go slowly? Or do you want me to post again?

WARNING: Ronin is letting me into the Bounty Hunters team of QTU, so I'm going to be focusing on that for the next few days, seeing where I drop in, etc, so if I get a bit, uh, distant, just realize that is where I am. I'll post by the 28th.

SJ. (Oh, and <b>red5_5</b> is sort of an AGM here, even though he GM's nearly, what, three other games? :D No pressure. Only jokes.)

I would like that this story go on.

Well, I'm assuming the campaign has died. It's okay, though. For a few reasons.

1 - Just joined QTU: BH, and boy am I busy! I have waited to play my character in there for months, and finally I can! But it does take up a lot of my time.

2 - Lack of time. Similiar to 1 above, I just don't have time. Work, learning Polish, managing a website, forums, blog, and building a second website for a few coworkers, and then managing two other non-RPG groups.

3 - Horrible planning on my part. The story wasn't that good to begin with, just a short thing to occupy my time. Actually, it was conceived a long time ago when my friend, a GM, wasn't able to GM the main campaign. I had intended the mini-campaign to be a filler, a prologue to the main campaign, but I never got the chance to play it.

4 - It looks like I'm going to be doing a D&D campaign at home. :P

But its really okay. I don't mind; in fact, I feel a bit relieved. But if anyone is upset, just post. We'll comfort you. One way or another. ;)

Okay, let me, um, explain a few things:

Do to recent extreme "up-hassling" of my life, I'm not sure I can continue "Pass the Beans". Also, I can't even remember the tiny little storyline I had. So I'm sure I can do it.

[PS: About that scene in the elevator, it's going to be combat, not just "Okay, stop!"]
