Rise damn thee!

Stats for my character (which has been changed once again..now finalized) are almost done. Need to boost Tathos up to level five and have more suitable equipment. and we're good to go.

I decided on a Miraluka fighter pilot whom I created for another game..and have come to really like.

I'm in, but only if its gonna stay active.

It doesn't bode well for a game that needs to kick people just to get started. So unless there's a highly active contingent of players, idk. I want to play very much, i just don't want to be in a slow game.

Can't be the duros (too much of a possibility for a power trip)
can't be the grim gunman (I don't want the dour character being leader)
can't be the r4 (2 words, Ion Grenade)
and sure as hell can't be the squib (Do I really need to explain).

Looks like Barret Kinney will be your leader, if ranks mattered, he would be known as Boss, if people call over the Comm or when he is called by Employers he identifies himself as Captain Kinney. Unless there are any ugly objections.

Appearance: of average height and weight, Ganner is a somewhat fit human male in his mid-twenties, with red hair that's close cropped on the sides, but slightly longer on top, and green eyes.

Background & Personality: Born and raised on Corellia, Ganner enlisted in the Republic Ground Forces and trained as a combat medic. Assigned to a Combat Engineering unit, Ganner learned Demolitions as well. While very skilled at his job, to the point of being a field surgeon, Ganner was an indifferent soldier. Then there was a matter of some "controlled substance" pharmaceuticals that had gone missing from inventory, and Ganner was one of the "persons of interest" during the investigation.

While nothing was ever proved, when it came time for Ganner to renew his enlistment, the Republic Ground Forces declined to accept his re-enlistment, and he was discharged "Under General Conditions."

Since then, Ganner has been free-lancing as a mercenary Medic/Demolitions specialist. He's has no moral qualms about putting holes in people, or fixing said holes afterwards, as long as he gets paid.

Since he doesn't run a charity clinic, Ganner makes sure that, as part of the conditions for his employment, his employers know that any medical supplies are "expensed," as he doesn't like to squander his pay restocking his medical kit because some bozo went and got themselves shot up. Same goes for any demo gear, be it explosives or detonators.

Ganner is indifferent to the whole Republic/Separatists conflict, and doesn't care who wins. In his opinion, who wins doesn't matter, as there will always be people shooting and blowing each other up, and in need of being patched up afterwards.

He figures that, as a "service provider," he's got both ends of the battle equation covered.

Thanx. I'm not sure how Drendar's going to work me into the group/storyline, so until he gives me the go-ahead, I'll stay out of IC for now.

From the tone of the posts, this seems like it might be a bit "edgier" campaign than normal (which is fine by me; I can do edgy pretty well).

Right about now you should be noticing that Squibs aren't usually in Technical Crews on Trade Federation bases.

On the other hand, I think he is small enough to fit in a large duffle bag.... :D
