Resently I have seen that forums (and treads) I have marked as 'read' (http://holonet.swrpgnetwork.com/images/off.gif), is without apperent reason marked as 'unread' (http://holonet.swrpgnetwork.com/images/on.gif).

Is this just me or are anyone else experiencing the same thing?

Is there something wrong? :?
:(

Oddly, I've had the opposite happen on occasion. Where I'll read one thread, and when I bounce back to the forum's main page, a whole slew of them are marked as read, when I haven't read them.

Never had 'reads' marked as 'unreads' though. Curiouser and curiouser ...

A lot of it has to do with time -- the forum marks things as read after you end each session, so that only new posts since the last time you were on the Holonet appear. What is probably happening is that the length of time you're spending in one thread causes the forums to think that your session has ended.

Hey Donovan Morningfire, I have experienced the same thing, but it only happened when I was in a post a very long time. (Like when I was away from the computer).

Okay Moridin, that explains why they become turned off, do you have an explanation for why they 'pop' back on unread?

Has someone posted, perhaps? (Silly question, I know, but sometimes it's easily overlooked.)

;) No.

It happens without anyone posting or editing anything.:(
Nice try ;)
