• Corran Horn

    Corran Horn is a man of many professions, much like many of the other great heroes of the Rebellion. He began his life on Corellia, working with his father, Hal Horn, in the Corellian Security Force. After his father was killed by the bounty hunter Bossk and the Imperial liaison let his murderer go free, Corran fled Corellia and joined the New Republic as a part of Rogue Squadron. He served for many years, helping recapture Coruscant and ousting Ysanne Isard from Thyferra, but during that time was captured aboard the Super Star Destroyer Lusankya and subjected to Isard's mental torment. He escaped, and in the process learned that his grandfather has been a Jedi, and that his intuition was coming from the Force. Many years later, his wife Mirax was captured by Leonia Tavira and held as bait for the gifted pilot. He trained briefly at Luke Skywalker's Jedi Academy, and then set off to rescue his wife from Tavira's pirate gang, discovering in the process a mysterious group of Force users known as the Jensaarai. After the events surrounding the Jensaarai, Horn remained with Rogue Squadron for many years, until finally deciding to devote himself fully to the Jedi way following the Caamas Document incident. When the Yuuzhan Vong began their invasion, Corran was one of the more prominent figures in information gathering, volunteering for many dangerous missions on captured worlds, and helped the New Republic gain insight into the Yuuzhan Vong and their tactics.

    A man who has gained and lost everything, Corran Horn is currently the focus of blame for the destruction of Ithor. In addition, he lost a dear friend - Elegos A'Kla - to the enemy in a senseless act of violence. On the bright side, Corran has been blessed with two children, both of whom are in the Jedi Order, and successfully showed Ganner how the Jedi should act. He has since retired from the Jedi Order, instead going to live with his family - away from the cameras, the lights, and the public eye.
