    Default Troubleshooting

I dont mean to whine, but since my name has a unique chracter in it, i have found that lately, i cannot get into my profile from computers that dont already have the cookie to automatically log me in. What i want to know is why did it stop working? and what can be done about it(other than just making a new profile of course).

I'd say that the problem is that you used a special character.

If certain computers won't let you enter a special character when logging in but others will, I'd say it's those computers that have the problem and not the Holonet. In such a case, I don't know what to tell you because we have no way of telling what went wrong from this end.

I used to make directories in DOS using extended ASCII codes so people wouldn't mess with my computer when I wasn't around. Of course in Windows you can just click on the appropriate folder, but in DOS you had to know how to type it in. Unless you knew the code for omega (alt-234) then you weren't getting into the directory with all my games.

That's how we'd hide stuff on the computers at work too.
