That is our intention. We talked about SAGA, and felt the work to translate everything exclusively over to that, considering almost everything had been done in RCRB, was too much work at the moment. But we have debated translating our book to SAGA, at some point or another, so who knows.

    I'm all for it.....

Lately, I've been doing some minor adjustments, some flavor text, some stats.....

I think that with the exception of a few minor details, the book is basically finished.....

IMO, the next book (which will cover around the same number of years that the current book covers) will be almost exclusively SAGA....

    But that's just me.

The way I see it, once I get the hang of how to convert RCRB to SECR material, then we'll probably see more.....

Han Solo flavor text update (RotJ):

Once having been rescued by Luke, Leia, Lando, and Chewbacca from Jabba the Hutt, Han experiences the most stringent of interrogations when he appeared before the Alliance military tribunal. With firm resolve, Han beseeches the tribunal that his many betrayals are in the past and he’s grateful for the support from the very people that suffered the most from his indiscretions. Because of their unswerving support, Han feels that he can only help one way – the complete and total annihilation of the Empire.

With understandable skepticism, the tribunal decides to grant Han a temporary pardon, and the only way to earn the Alliance’s trust is to help with the destruction of the Kashyyk Death Star. On the eve of his team’s insertion into the forests surrounding Kachirho, Han approaches Lando and offers him the use of his beloved ship, the Millenium Falcon. Lando accepts this show of trust, and promises Han that he’ll take good care of it.

At first, everything seems like its going to plan, but as the first grenades lobbed by the Imperials signal that their existence has been compromised, Colonel Haalo is incapacitated by a blaster bolt to the head just as he has Han cornered, blaming Han for betraying the Alliance yet again. Faced with a no-win situation, Han instinctively assumes command of the team, and with his leadership, the tide of battle turns to the Alliance’s favor. But it isn’t until the arrival of the Wookies of Kachirho and the members of the Bendu Order, that the battle quickly turns into a rout....

    Chewie's (RotJ) flavor text:

A lot has changed since the debacle on Bespin. With the Alliance poised to attack the Death Star at Kashyyyk, Chewie’s contribution to the shield generator team will be two-fold – provide fire support for the team, and act as a liaison for the enslaved Wookies and the Alliance. To the Empire’s detriment, Chewie’s efforts are overwhelmingly successful.

Hi guys, i've been reading this thread since it started and have been eargerly awaiting it's release, just reading the last few posts sent shivers up my spine (Or was that my Prolapsed disc again!!), i am planning a saga game probably after christmas, that is....well a game i was involved in as a character a year and a half ago, using rcr rules. It was a DELTA SQUAD infinities style game. The delta's where frozen in time (???star trek style temporal rupture in space or something???), and where released from the time prison during the Rebellion era, and the time whoopsie had mutated their genetic code, basically erasing their clone dna flaw of rapid aging. I will not go into details but i was playing SCORCH and we had lots of fun.

Well can i have an idea as to when this excellent sourcebook will be released, i have your first one (Rise of the Empire Infinities sourcebook), and i would so enjoy putting the Delta's into your Rebellion era, i think it would be wondeful to see their reaction, as none of them would know what's going on, (NO MORE META GAMING, HOO HAA!!).

So can we get at least a few chapters as an early preview, just to give us a heads up, and especially for me to put more plans for the delta's into fruition. (They wan't to capture the Death Star?), I can't be having that now can i???

Oh and by the way has anyone done any conversions for the Rise of the Empire Infinities Sourcebook to Saga Edition????.

Thanks and keep up the good work.

No, no conversion of the RotESB to SAGA, and that has been another idea we have tossed around, but is down the road from now.

As for any teasers or a release, we are looking at this winter. I cannot say anymore, since it ultimately comes down to getting enough time to finish and edit things. Hopefully that answers your question a little bit Andrew Simmons.

Thanks camaasijedi, its just a wait till its finished kind of thing then?

As to them capturing the death star, they want me to release them from their time whoopsie, just before yavin, so they can locate, infiltrate and then STEAL the Partially completed Death Star above the planet despayre. They have loads of other plans as well,
NO 1: Buy Kuat Systems Engineering, expand it and the slips and relocate.
NO 2: Purchase and retool abandoned factories for construction of weapons, vehicles etc, etc.
NO 3: Set up materials reclamation stations on planets that are known for their junkyards or scrap piles (Belgaroth, Ord Mantell etc).
NO 4: Create a NEW CLONE ARMY (N.G.A.R), New Galactic Army of the Republic, using themselves as the Genetic template.
NO 5: Create the a NEW JEDI ORDER, made up of specially made clones, using "Filtered" Genetic matereal from their Jedi commander (Also frozen along with them).
NO 6: KILL THE JEDI TRAITOR (DARTH VADER) and encase his corpse in carbonite for the UNIVERSE to see!!.
NO 7: KILL PALLY BOY!! EVERY ONE OF HIM???
NO 8: After taking down the Empire and installing the rebels as the new government, they intend to become FOES of the New Republic. I like this one as Boss's player has thought this one through quite well.
It goes like this (i think), The N.G.A.R will become an immense Independant military force, that will attack anything and everything that the NR has (But they will avoid exsessive bloodshed if at all possible/ on both sides), basically becoming like pirates with a cause.
The reasoning goes a little something like this:
The Republic Stagnated whilst it had thousands of years of peace, and as a result the military became nothing but police. A government that is kept on its toes will always be kept alert and focussed on not just keeping the peace on its allied worlds, but keeping an active and alert Military. Without a Sharp military a Government will fall very easily.
NO 9: Make sure the New Republic has proper codes of conduct for its member worlds and senators, to avoid the corruption that befell the Republic. They where adamant about this one.
NO 10: After setting up the NR and the continuing campaign to keep the NR on its toes, the Delta's intend to retire from active service, (effectively giving up their characters).

Plus a load more stuff that would take me too long to type.

As for have i played Half Life recently, Which one??? I only have the original Half Life, i cannot play Half Life 2 because you need to be net connected just to activate the bloomin game, and i am NOT on the internet at home.
