Default So, my board game comes out today.

Hope you guys will forgive just a bit of shameless shilling, but I'm really proud of this. The board game I designed, Lords of Waterdeep, releases today. I don't know how many of you guys are into board games, but it's my first board game design, and I think it turned out really well.

Cool! I'm a board gamer and we just opened up a game club in town. If we get the funds, this will be on our to-buy list. Congrats on the first board game!

Shill away dear boy! Shill away!
Congratulations! May it be the first of many!

We’re experiencing something of a board game boom over here actually. A friend reserves a room at the local community center and everyone piles in with their games and snacks. Good stuff.

So, I followed the Amazon link, and that made me want a closer look. I did a Google image search, and WOW! The map detail on the board.... Very cool! And, it looks like there's enough going on (markers, pieces, cards, etc.) to keep a player totally immersed.

    Congratulations, Rodney.

I'll be sure to give it a look next time I get into a game shop.

A bit late to the thread, but wanted to agree with how neat the game looks. Looks like a lot of fun!

Thanks guys! We're really excited about how well it has been received. We've broken into the top 100 games of all time on BoardGameGeek, which is great for only having been out a month!
