So, with Disney buying out the Flannelled one for Star Wars, does that mean there will be more lee-way on things, or did Lucasfilm still retain the rights to the game? Anyone know?

They bought Lucasfilm. With that came LucasArts, Industrial Light and Magic, Skywalker Sound, as well as the Star Wars and Indiana Jones IPs.
