Nope... Heck just popped into our counties vehicle licensing office to ask a few questions on what forms i need, since my car's Mississippi plates expire at the end of the month. Had 3 of the 9 ladies working the desk and 5 of the customers 'toss the BS" flag when i asked about mil retiree plates, all saying i was not old enough looking to be a retiree.
