    Default Disguise/forger's kit??

Has anyone seen book stats on either a forger's kit or disguise kit? if so, where?
You cannot dodge it if you don't know it is coming, and you cannot shoot at what you don't know is there!

I would classify it along with the "Security Systems" toolkit in the d6 rulebook. It's not described at all, but it is necessary to have to allow a character to actually do the thing. Without the toolkit, you can't actually accomplish the thing.

Secondly, I know a forger's kit is extremely expensive, along the lines of 10,000 credits, extremely illegal, energy-intensive (for the various laser-etching and holographic-encoding tools contained), and not very portable at all.

A disguise kit would be similar to a makeup-kit owned by a theatrical or film-makeup specialist. Along the lines of a few to several hundred credits cost, I would say the more expensive the kit, the more it can accomplish, and the less portable it is.

    Galladinums Fantastic Technology, Page 95.

    "Flesh Camouflage"
"This is an advanced disguise system"

Produces a flesh disguise, retinal contacts and a "Seccard"

Cost is 11,000 for unit, + 500 per retinal contact pair, 250 per flesh concealment kit and 500 per seccard taker (all non reusable)

The difficulty/success varies based on roll to use the machine. Let me know if you need further info.
