Default Any conversions around from FFG to D6 or D20?

I've taken a look at the new game, and given my lack of people to play with these days, and the fact I have three more or less complete sets of other RPGs for Star Wars means I'm not really motivated to invest in yet another game. However, I'm not above scavenging bit and pieces, so does anyone know of any conversions of stats, adventures, or anything else from FFG to any of the prior games? Or is there much point? Has FFG really introduced anything new or exciting into the Star Wars universe?

Exactly where I need to be when I need to be there

The systems are so entirely different that any of the mechanical crunch is going to be next-to impossible to directly convert from one system to the other. This has proven true when adapting material from D6/D20 to FFG's system, it's simply easier to just re-invent it whole cloth, so the reverse is going to largely be true as well.
