I heard on the local news that there's one theater in my Metro Area of bout 3 million plus that'll be participating.

I'll pass on the expense, very long drive, & even longer lines, thanks.

It's supposed to be released online as well, I think by the Apple movie trailers site. Either way, I'm sure it'll be on youtube within an hour of being shown.

Ticket prices in Boston are pretty steep, and there weren't any movies I particularly wanted to see (especially with two kids in tow), so I just held up and watched the trailer online. It was a good teaser. It showed you little flashes of Star Wars, while telling you NOTHING about the movie.

Well, nothing other than that there will be a lightsaber, new style stormtroopers, the Millenium Falcon, some TIE fighters, and several scenes taking place on a desert planet. Oh, and there will be at least one droid in the show.

My sole regret, as I initiate the scuttling sequence that will send my fusion pile critical, is that I will not be present in .03 seconds. I would like to watch as the Enemy try to vent an omnidirectional thermonuclear explosion into their research facility. - Bolo Unit Maldon, Mk. Of course know we know the names of a few of the new characters, there's even more grumbling from fanboys. Finn and Kylo Ren tend to be taken as acceptable names, but there is a lot of ambivalence for BB8 and Rey (especially if Rey is either Leia or Luke's daughter).
